You will find that The Oxford Centre's conference team is dedicated solely to the service and care of your conference delegates. We have a range of AV equipment readily available to ensure the smooth running of your event and we work with you to ensure your conference room is set up to meet all your needs.
Each booking is treated individually and can be tailored to suit your specific conference budget. We offer a fantastic venue for conferences, whether you choose simple room hire or our extremely popular fully inclusive day delegate rate. With experienced our chefs sourcing the finest ingredients, locally wherever possible, you can trust The Oxford Centre to provide a high standard of catering for your conference. Our Conference Rooms
Our unique Auditorium is an ideal venue for conferences involving presentations, seminars or open forum meetings with semi-tiered fixed seating for up to 200 people.
The Summerhill Suite is a superb conference venue for up to 300 people. In these rooms we can comfortably accommodate breakfast, lunch, and dinner, as well as your conference activities. For more space, we can combine the Summerhill Suite with the Auditorium to make the ideal space for exhibitions and for networking during refreshment breaks.
For smaller conferences, events and meetings, the Northampton Suites can each hold up to 80 people, and can be set in a number of configurations - theatre style, cabaret, u-shape, or boardroom. Both also benefit from adjoining dining facilities.
The four rooms in the Northampton Suite can accommodate up to 40 people in each, with catering being provided in private rooms.

In partnership with The Remont, located a minute's walk from The Oxford Centre, we are now pleased to offer a 24 Hour delegate rate. This rate includes all the elements of the Day Delegate Rate, plus Bed and Breakfast at this contemporary boutique guest accommodation.
If you would like to eat dinner at The Oxford Centre we are delighted to include this in your 24 Hour Conference package. However, we understand that you might prefer to make your own arrangements and there are several excellent restaurants conveniently located in Summertown.
